Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

1. Defective/Damaged/faulty item(s)

CustomCraze offers the last 15 days from the delivery date for return requests. Please initiate your request of choice in our contact via and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Email Address
  • Subject
  • What is the issue with your order?
  • Photo/video of proofs of the item(s) you received.
    + If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
    + If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
    + If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package’s cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem.

We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. Please note that in order to identify the problem, we need photos of the items you received in case of a breakdown. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

To serve as a foundation for future complaints on the exchange and return issue, please verify the products upon receipt and sign to confirm the status with the delivery staff as soon as possible. You have 15 days from the delivery date to respond.


  • We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
  • We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:
    – Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct
    – Improper care, damages in use.

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

Our company can only offer you a discount for reordering in the cases above.

2. Shipping issues

If your order hasn’t been updated for more than 15 days for orders within the US, you do have the right to request a return for that order.


  • We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:
    – Incorrect shipping addresses
    – Invalid address entry. So please check your address carefully before you check out.


  • We do not allow modifications to replacement items.
  • We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, names & options carefully.
  • Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 04 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

After receiving the necessary information and supporting documentation from the customer, the exchange or return process is handled within two (02) weeks.

The CustomCraze Store rules will be followed for the exchange and repair.

Condition of products:

– Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packing.

– Some products cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are perishable items that cannot be returned. Moreover, we do not accept hazardous products, flammable liquids or gasses, or intimate or hygienic goods.

3. Return cost

  • We do not charge any additional fees
  • For defective products (This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier or otherwise), there will be no charge for the customer to return the item.
  • Please note that in case the customer is not satisfied: This case occurs when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore, the customer must pay the actual cost to ship the goods back to the factory. Returns and goods are only accepted in the original condition with the manufacturer’s label. Finally, the refund amount will not be exceeded 70% total purchase value via PayPal transfer.

Return method:

Returns and exchanges are accepted; they can be shipped back to us.

CustomCraze Store only accepts refunds for customers in the following cases!

  • The delivered goods do not match the description of product information on the website of CustomCraze Store
  • Defective goods distributed by the manufacturer
  • Item is deformed due to shipping delivery
  • The goods are opened and viewed but not more than 15 days from the delivery date. Peel off the warranty paper of CustomCraze Store

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Fully Refund

  • We will give all refunds of your receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee)
  • The refund process may take up to 8-10 days to get your money back into your account.
  • Refunds are only available from the date of receipt of the claim within 15 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and are eligible for a refund according to CustomCraze Store’s regulations on return and refund conditions.
  • Refund requests must be satisfied according to CustomCraze Store sales and refund criteria
